Transitioning to the real world can be extremely overwhelming — as many young people “in care” often lack the basic skills, experiences, and resources essential for a successful adulthood.
In some cases – they are alone — navigating career related services and opportunities — while preparing for life on their own.
Certainly, young adults who leave Foster Care can — and do achieve economic success in today’s complex world.
